About Christine

Therapist.

Animal lover.

Career changer.

I'm an animal lover and career changer who grew up on a farm and have a great appreciation for the power of nature, animals, exercise, community, relationships and the role they can play in our health and wellbeing. I am also neurodivergent. I became a therapist after 16 years of working in HR leadership roles in London & Zurich. My change of career was fueled by my frustrations with the lack of acknowledgement of the psychological impact of life's changes and challenges in the workplace and my own transformative experiences with personal therapy.

I'd like to think that these and other experiences make me a better therapist because I know what it's like to feel lost and unable to cope. I also know what it's like to do the work to incorporate those experiences into my life, make peace with them, understand how they've shaped and changed me and what they’ve taught me.

It's these personal experiences that inform what I’m most passionate about in the therapy room. While I work with general mental health concerns, including worry, low mood, self-esteem and issues of confidence, I also have particular interests in grief and loss, physical health problems, life stage changes, trauma, abuse and neurodivergence. Whatever you're experiencing, I know that if you choose to work with me, I'll do whatever I can to understand what's led you to where you are today and how you want things to be different.
