  • Supportive Spaces.

    Providing "supportive spaces" groups for employees. These spaces are designed for organisations who recognise the interconnectivity of personal and professional lives and wish to give their employees safe and inclusive spaces that allow them to share their experiences and find support in one another, to positively impact emotional wellbeing in the workplace.

    Supportive spaces can be tailored around specific topics such as grief, loss, life-stage changes, sandwich generation and long-term health conditions and may include elements of psychoeducation, if and where appropriate.
